All custom printed items will require designs or high quality imagery from customers, if customer can't supply a design, a design or setup fee will be charged. Custom designs also don't have a fixed price and will be charged according to complexity of design.

Custom items may have a longer waiting period that items purchased in store. Custom items can be collected when ready or can be shipped. Customers will receive a email/call/whatsapp when orders are shipped or ready to collect.

Custom items will require full payment or a 30% deposit before starting with a order. Items needs to be paid in full before leaving the premises. This applies to eft payments as well. The money needs to reflect in account before order is shipped or collected.
